This three month in person or virtual choreography program will push you to your next level in developing  your skills as a dancer.  You will be challenged in movement, flexibility and strength.  Participants will engage in a deeper sense of awareness tapping into their passion and purpose with the music.   You will be challenged to explore feelings and connect emotionally through movement.  Choreography by Carmen Guynn,  Rehearsals are Wednesday Nights at 7pm CST.  One hour long and will be recorded for those who may miss a day.   There is always opportunity to create practice groups.  At the end there is an opportunity to be part of a video montage of your work.
